Direct Furniture USA provides complimentary free delivery on all orders within New Jersey.

Depending on the product's size, weight, and delivery requirements, orders may be delivered by a standard parcel carrier or our professional delivery team.

This service includes:

• Free delivery to an eligible New Jersey address.
• Delivery by parcel carrier or our own delivery team, as appropriate.

Assembly, setup, in-home placement, and packaging removal are not included with this service unless expressly stated otherwise.

Free NJ White-Glove Delivery

Qualifying furniture includes complimentary white-glove delivery within New Jersey, at no additional cost.

This service includes:

• Delivery by our professional delivery team.
• In-home placement in an accessible room of your choice.
• Standard furniture assembly, when applicable.
• Furniture setup and positioning.
• Removal of ordinary delivery packaging.

White-glove delivery is available only for qualifying products, as indicated on their product pages.

Delivery Eligibility & Timeframes

Delivery is currently available to all New Jersey addresses. The delivery service included with each product is identified by its product badge.

Delivery timeframes depend on product availability, destination, and fulfillment requirements. Estimated delivery dates are provided during the ordering or delivery coordination process, as applicable.

30-Day Returns

We accept authorized returns of eligible merchandise within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Returned products must generally be unused, in resalable condition, and include all applicable components and accessories. Certain merchandise is excluded from buyer's-remorse returns.

Free Authorized Return Shipping or Pickup

Eligible returns include complimentary authorized return shipping or pickup within our service area. All returns require prior approval, and Direct Furniture USA will coordinate the return process.

20% Restocking Fee

Buyer’s-remorse returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, calculated on the amount paid for the returned merchandise before sales tax. Free authorized return transportation does not waive this fee.

The restocking fee does not apply when we verify that merchandise was delivered materially damaged, materially defective, or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

Contact Direct Furniture USA within 30 days of delivery to request return authorization. Please provide your order number and relevant product information.

Certain products, including items specifically identified as final sale or nonreturnable, may have additional restrictions.
