To request a return, please contact our customer service team for authorization. Eligible returns include free pickup arranged by Direct Furniture USA from the original delivery address within our New Jersey service area. A 20% restocking fee applies to buyer's remorse returns. Please do not bring or ship merchandise to our business address.
