Free NJ Standard Delivery — Included on Every Order

Every product purchased for delivery within New Jersey includes complimentary Standard Delivery.

For furniture transported by our delivery team or an authorized furniture delivery provider, Standard Delivery includes transportation and placement at the first safe, accessible ground-floor entryway of the residence or building.

Depending on the property, this may be the exterior entrance, accessible building lobby, or designated ground-floor receiving area.

Smaller merchandise shipped through UPS, FedEx, USPS, or another parcel carrier follows the carrier's normal delivery procedures, which may include doorstep or designated package-area delivery.

Standard Delivery does not include in-room placement, unpacking, furniture assembly, setup, or packaging removal.

Free NJ White-Glove Delivery — On Eligible Furniture

Designated furniture products include complimentary White-Glove Delivery at no additional cost.

This enhanced service generally includes:

  • Scheduled furniture delivery.

  • In-home delivery to a safe, accessible room of your choice.

  • Unpacking and furniture placement.

  • Standard manufacturer-required assembly, when applicable.

  • Furniture setup and positioning.

  • Removal of ordinary delivery packaging.

White-Glove Delivery is included only on products specifically identified as eligible.

Apartments, Condominiums and High-Rise Buildings

We provide delivery throughout New Jersey to apartments, condominiums, townhomes, single-family homes, and other residential properties.

Standard furniture delivery is limited to the first safe, accessible ground-floor entryway or building receiving location. Delivery to an upper-floor apartment or individual unit is not included with Standard Delivery unless separately arranged.

For White-Glove eligible furniture, in-room delivery is available where the delivery route and destination are safe and reasonably accessible.

Customers should notify us in advance of applicable building requirements, including freight-elevator reservations, certificates of insurance, loading-dock restrictions, security procedures, and permitted delivery hours.

Property Access and Delivery Preparation

Before ordering furniture, please review the product dimensions and consider any limitations that could affect delivery.

Important considerations include:

  • Doorway, hallway, and elevator dimensions.

  • Stairways and landings.

  • Parking and unloading access.

  • Building management requirements.

  • Restricted entrances or narrow passageways.

  • Safe access to the designated delivery location.

Unusual access conditions may require additional coordination. Specialized equipment, hoisting, structural modifications, or other extraordinary services are not included in ordinary Standard or White-Glove Delivery.

If a delivery cannot be completed safely, our team will work with you to discuss appropriate alternatives. Any optional additional service charges will be disclosed before authorization.

These access requirements do not change our commitment to offering Free NJ Standard Delivery throughout New Jersey.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our current standard delivery estimate for applicable in-stock merchandise is 12–18 business days, consisting of approximately:

  • 6–8 business days for order processing and handling.

  • 6–10 business days for transportation and delivery.

Product-specific estimates, availability, and delivery requirements may affect the timeframe. An alternative estimate or confirmed commitment will be communicated when applicable.

Furniture delivered by our local delivery network generally requires advance scheduling. Parcel shipments may be delivered without an appointment.

Delivery Outside New Jersey

Our standard online checkout and complimentary delivery services are intended for New Jersey delivery addresses.

Customers outside New Jersey may contact us before placing an order to request a separate shipping quote.

Out-of-state shipping is not guaranteed and must be individually approved in writing. The Free NJ Standard Delivery and Free NJ White-Glove Delivery offers do not apply to separately approved out-of-state arrangements.
