30-Day Returns
We accept authorized returns of eligible merchandise within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Returned products must generally be unused, in resalable condition, and include all applicable components and accessories. Certain merchandise is excluded from buyer's-remorse returns.
Free Authorized Return Shipping or Pickup
Eligible returns include complimentary authorized return shipping or pickup within our service area. All returns require prior approval, and Direct Furniture USA will coordinate the return process.
20% Restocking Fee
Buyer’s-remorse returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, calculated on the amount paid for the returned merchandise before sales tax. Free authorized return transportation does not waive this fee.
The restocking fee does not apply when we verify that merchandise was delivered materially damaged, materially defective, or incorrect.
How to Request a Return
Contact Direct Furniture USA within 30 days of delivery to request return authorization. Please provide your order number and relevant product information.
Certain products, including items specifically identified as final sale or nonreturnable, may have additional restrictions.
